Tasting notes

Lemon zest, orange, peach, golden apple, yellow apple, melon, pear, pineapple, pink grapefruit, cheese, and nut aromas. The palate opens with crisp apple, lemon, white pineapple, peach, lime, kiwi, and summer berry, followed by saline, almond, minerals, and oily citrus, finishing with citrus pith and light tannins. Bright, clean, and refreshing with a subtle oily texture.
